MOTION SICKNESS

It is a very common condition that happens to people when they travel by car, train, airplane or boat. It is feeling nauseous followed by vomiting. There are few ways through which you can control motion sickness. Avoid riding in a car, train or airplane with a very full stomach. Choose a seat where you’ll feel lesser motion such as the front seat. Try not to sit with your back towards the direction of travel, avoid reading while travelling, and choose to plug in your ear buds or eat a chewing gum to avoid nausea.
